The USAID Enterprise Competitiveness Project is a five-year initiative that aims to accelerate sales growth and increase job creation among Kyrgyzstani small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The USAID Enterprise Competitiveness Project will partner with end markets, SMEs, business development and advisory service providers, government agencies, associations, and other market actors who are willing to co-invest to accelerate inclusive, market-led growth by fostering a system that increases market access and competitiveness, catalyze investment, unlocks opportunities for women and youth, builds skills, and encourages a more enabling business environment.

ACDI/VOCA is seeking quotations for the vehicle services Bishkek office listed in the attached RFQ.

Qualification requirements
Valid Driver’s License and at least 5-years of driving experience in an official capacity.
No driving violations within the previous 3 years
Punctuality, professionalism, and courteousness at all times
Basic knowledge of mechanical skills and small car repairing preferred
Fluent knowledge of Russian and Kyrgyz languages is must
English language skills preferred (written and verbal) – preliminary level

Duties
Drivers are responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation of Enterprise Competitiveness Project staff, consultants, and ACDI/VOCA headquarters staff. Driver is also responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and maintained. Drivers are expected to be at the office and available to drive eight (8) hours per day during office hours (8:30am -5:30pm) and available outside of these hours as needed.
