The World Health Organization (WHO), Country Office for Kyrgyzstan would like to invite bids from contractors in areas of civil society, community empowerment and engagement, especially related to COVID-19 and other emergencies.

Please refer to the attached Terms of reference for more details.

The proposal must include proposed methodology, schedule of proposed work and budget. Please note there is a need to enclose a two-page concept note. Please keep in mind the focus on the COVID-19 pandemic, future emergency resilience, and community empowerment. The concept note should also explain the capacity of your organization to successfully deliver a project.

Deadline to submit the proposal (in English or Russian) as per the attached Terms of reference is 23:59 on 24 July 2022. All proposals must be sent by email to eukgz@who.int
