Mercy Corps (MC) is an international humanitarian organization providing humanitarian aid and development assistance to the communities in the Kyrgyz Republic over 25 years. Mercy Corps is implementing the McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program supported by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
MC informs all interested parties of publishing the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for construction companies interested in being evaluated to receive future design and construction tender documents for pricing.
Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) shall be developed in strict accordance with the published Request for Qualification and will be evaluated in a transparent manner by a committee of reviewers, per the provided evaluation criteria. The purpose of this public tender is to shortlist contractors for the construction of latrines at the school sites selected by Mercy Corps. Only shortlisted contractors will receive future Requests for Bids (project-specific plans, specifications, and bills of quantities) whereby the contract award will be issued to the lowest bid that fulfils all technical requirements.
Interested construction companies are requested to submit the Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from 08:00 to 17:00 from February 11, 2020 to February 24, 2020 by email to: email@example.com; or the printed copy of the SOQs can be delivered in the SEALED ENVELOPE with the subject “Statement of Qualifications” to the MC’s offices: in Bishkek at Boulevard Erkindik, 73, and in Osh at Lenin St., 428.
The deadline for submission is February 24, 2020 at 17:00.
