In line with Acted’s global “3Zero” Strategy: Zero Exclusion, Zero Poverty, Zero Carbon, Acted in Kyrgyzstan works on strengthening civil society and good governance, gender equality, green economy and sustainable development, natural resource management and climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, preparedness and emergency response.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
– To provide consulting services on application of the Tax legislation and legislation on social insurance of the Kyrgyz Republic;
– To develop options for optimizing taxation in relation to the activity of Acted Kyrgyzstan;
– To monitor the changes and additions made to the current legislation and other regulatory legal acts relating to taxation and to inform Acted Kyrgyzstan about them;
– To advise on the procedures for appealing the actions of tax authorities if any.
Qualification requirements:
– Higher professional education (economics, law, accounting) with at least 3 years working as a tax consultant
– Good knowledge of tax legislation and legislation on social insurance of the Kyrgyz Republic
– Good knowledge on conditions and rules on taxation of international NGO sector
The qualification is confirmed by the relevant documents on education, professional development, work experience is confirmed by a copy of the work record book, CVs of specialists, recommendations and feedback from customers, and other documents.

Expected Deliverables:Advisory on tax issues of Acted Kyrgyzstan via e-mail
Delivery deadline: February 2024-December 2025
Confidentiality:
The Tax Consultant is required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, data and documents obtained during the duration of engagement.
Payment terms:
The Consultant will receive fee after signing the act of executive works signed by Country Director and Consultant and after providing invoice.
