The OSCE Programme office in Bishkek invites qualified and competent Individual Contractors to submit the proposal for provision of security services.

For this competition, proposals must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference, which can be obtained by sending a request to Aliia.Mamyrkanova@osce.org. Proposals must be submitted no later than 17 December 2024, 12:00 (Bishkek time)

The request for Terms of Reference must include:

– Tender number – RFQ/KYR/064/2024.

– The theme of the tender: Independent contractor for provision of security service

– The formal wording of the request.
