Background:

The International Republican Institute (IRI) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, organization dedicated to advancing freedom and democracy worldwide. Since 1983, IRI has worked to develop democratic institutions and ideals, carrying out a variety of international programs to promote freedom, self-government and the rule of law worldwide. IRI provides technical assistance in the areas of political party strengthening, developing civic institutions and open elections, promoting democratic governance and advancing the rule of law.

IRI has worked in the Kyrgyz Republic since 2004 with the overarching objective of supporting the development of political parties interested in strategic development.
IRI Kyrgyzstan is seeking to contract with local vendors in Bishkek and Issyk Kul region to provide accommodation, conference services and catering for our various programming activities and events.

Period of Performance:
Date of signature – September 30, 2025, with Options to extend for up to additional 1 year
with one-year increments in case of prime award extension
