The World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in the Kyrgyz Republic is looking for a Consultant for Personal Health Benefit Package Digitizing. The Consultant will be responsible for developing technical Terms of Reference (ToR) for digitizing the healthcare services list and the individual categorization module. These ToR will provide guidance to the software development team in designing and implementing an IT solution that aligns with the requirements of the Ministry of Health.
We invite you to submit a proposal for providing services in response to this request for proposals. The proposal should be submitted in either English or Russian.
I. Instructions for Submitting a Proposal:
The proposal package should be detailed and well-structured, including the following documents:
1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
2. Cover Letter
Qualification requirements
II. The terms of reference are outlined below. All requested documents must be submitted to the WHO Country Office in the Kyrgyz Republic by 23:00 Bishkek time on 25 March (the “closing date”) to the following email address: eukgzprocurement@who.int, with the subject line “Application for the position of Consultant for Personal Health Benefit Package Digitizing”.
Any proposal received by WHO after the proposal deadline date may be rejected from consideration. Please note that WHO is under no obligation to select individual experts and may reject all proposals. The award of the required type of contract will be based on proposals deemed to be the most appropriate to the needs of the Organization and the activities concerned (based on technical knowledge and relevant experience). Only the selected expert will be contacted within 10 working days from the closing date for further procedures.
WHO is in no way obligated to disclose or discuss with any individual expert how a proposal was evaluated or provide any other information relating to the evaluation/selection process or indicate reasons for exclusion to any applicant.
